Custom Details:

Price includes up to 6 people/pets
For portraits of more than 6 people/pets, please choose A4 size for better composition.
Each additional people/pets: +£10
If ordering for people and pets, please count the pets. For example, if you have 6 people & 1 pet, please select the " 7 People/pets " option.
I may adjust the positioning of individuals to ensure the best possible composition. Depending on what suits the layout best, the final artwork will be in either portrait or landscape orientation.

Because each artwork is a custom, hand-painted commission tailored specifically to your photos and story, the order cannot be cancelled, return or refunded.

⚠️Damaged or Incorrect Orders
I take great care in packaging your custom art securely so it arrives safely. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
Your order number.
Clear photos of the damaged artwork.
Clear photos of the damaged packaging.
Once verified, I will prioritise creating and shipping a replacement piece for you at no extra cost, or discuss an appropriate solution with you.

📬 Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please message me with your tracking details. I will work closely with the shipping carrier to locate it. If the carrier confirms the package is officially lost, I will create a replacement piece for you.

Creation Process: I will send you the sketch in 7-10 business days. Minor revisions are welcome! :) Once the sketch is approved, I'll start painting your portrait. Please allow 7-10 business days after approval for me to create your portrait.
Shipping: Your artwork will be securely packaged and shipped straight to your door. All artwork will be shipped via tracked mail.
